Tara is excited to offer regular classes to her national and international students, through YogaGlo.com, an amazing website where you may view streaming HD yoga classes from anywhere in the world.

YogaGlo is everyone's yoga. Although classes are filmed at the YogaGlo studio in Santa Monica, California, as a subscriber of YogaGlo, you may practice with Tara anytime and anywhere. In a typical week, you will have access to at least one new 90 minute mixed level class, in addition to a large archive of classes taught by Tara and a roster of other talented teachers. YogaGlo also posts additional offerings with Tara from time to time.
